In My Humble Opinion, the difficulty in Gaza isn't rebuilding the infrastructure, many construction companies could rebuild it, or a consortium of international companies. The problem is the twisted minds of the Arabs living in Gaza who feel self-entitled to kill babies, toddlers, children, men & women, and elderly who are not Islamic, starting with the Jews and then relentlessly swarming in waves to overtake the world and make it Moslem. How do you change their strange, convoluted loopy thinking?
