AI (Artificial Intelligence)

My opinion on AI (Artificial Intelligence*) is that AI is merely humanity's external data base, computational devices, and image manipulators.  AI is nothing more than a set of human operated tools like a high-capacity electronic file cabinet of information, a super-duper calculator. and a fancy photo darkroom**.  AI is not intelligent*** in the slightest regard.  No matter how you twist metal and plastic it does not think.

***  A random internet source blatantly lies when it defines an intelligent "device, machine, or building (as) able to vary its state or action in response to varying situations, varying requirements, and past experience."  Nuts.  Devices, machines, buildings, and such have no consciousness, and consequently experience nothing.
