Bare-bones News

The good news is...no, wait, that's the bad news, there is no good news. And that is the bare-bones of it in this, the second decade of the 21st century. Where are the accomplishments? The progress? The pride?

Maybe it is me. Maybe I am not seeing clearly. I have to find a way to get my "moderate" cataracts removed, both figuratively and literally.
