Culture War Over Gender Pronouns

When completing a membership form today (for an environmentalist group), I was asked for my Gender Pronouns, "select all that apply". My options were:

Any

She/her

He/him

They/them

Xe/xem

Ze/hir

Ze/Zir

Prefer not to say

Other: (Goddess Of The Universe was probably not appropriate.)

Also not offered was the royal "We", as in We are not amused.

And, whatever happened to Mr./Mrs./Ms./Miss?
