Moss Roses

The first flowers that I ever planted were Portulaca Moss Roses, with multicolored flowers. They are hardy, succulent, pretty plants. I was living in a shabby apartment with a very small parking space that had a tiny strip of gravel beside it, so I planted what would grow in rocks. A metaphor.
