New Year's Resolution 2023

1. I promise myself that for the rest of my life I will do whatever I want at the beginning of each morning.

(This is verrry difficult for me. Is what I want to read before chores or to do chores first so as to relax more fully while reading?)


2.Intermittent Fasting, which for me means confining my daily meals to between 10 A.M. & 6 P.M.

(Two months into my intermittent fasting I found that this works very well for me, as I am not really hungry at other times, just feeding out of habit, boredom, anger, confusion, and other negative emotions.)


I promise myself that for the rest of my life
