Persisting Love
Annmarie Throckmorton, M.A.
When we were much younger I asked him what he wished for and he wrote this:
I wish that I could click my heels together and lose many pounds with each click.
I wish that the other side of town was made of blue cheese and that I owned stock in the manufacturer.
I wish that people could actually get along with each other for more than one second before they tried to kill each other.
I wish that you were here right this instant and that you would never leave me again.
I still love him, wherever he is.
