Reuben Meatloaf

I created what may be a new recipe, a reuben meatloaf. It was very tasty! I prepared the traditional ingredients for a reuben sandwich in a meatloaf format:
corned beef (substituted ground beef)
rye breadcrumbs
sauerkraut
Swiss cheese (layered in the middle)
onion (finely grated)
thousand island dressing (traditionally Russian dressing)
salt & pepper
