Rutabagas

One small benefit of having already lived most of my life is that I can choose much more freely, because small bad things that would eventually kill me are irrelevant when I am likely to die of my old age first.


Conversely, I image that whatever trace nutrients are in the small rutabaga that I baked and ate this week will last me the rest of my life. I have eaten my last bitter, golden rutabaga.
