Unpalatable Bits

There is no longer any reason to stock an assortment of nice cheeses in my refrigerator, as my aged palate can no longer distinguish the differences in taste, nor do I particularly notice the textures. This makes me somewhat saddened, but aging is what it is, and my new diminishment saves me money.
